This Privacy Policy explains how Summit and any related entities (together, Summit, we, us, our) collect, use, disclose and protect your personal information.

We provide services including property advisory, buyer’s agency, fractional ownership consulting, sales and marketing consulting, and related education and training (our Services).

This Privacy Policy applies to:

  • individuals who use our websites, social media pages, forms or funnels

  • our clients and prospective clients

  • investors and prospective investors

  • people who attend our events, webinars or training

  • people who apply to work with us or are referred to us

By using our Services or otherwise providing personal information to us, you agree that we may handle your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We handle personal information in accordance with:

  • the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs); and

  • any applicable NSW privacy and data protection laws.
